S. Gary Snodgrass

Mr. Snodgrass served as an Executive Vice President of Exelon Corporation since August 1, 2004. Gary has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of PECO Energy Company. He served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of Exelon Corporation. Mr. Snodgrass had overall responsibility for human resources matters across Exelon Corp., and also responsible for Corporate Security function. He served as Chief Administrative Officer of Exelon Corporation. Mr. Snodgrass joined Exelon Corp. in September 1997. Previously, he served as Vice President of Human Resources of USG Corporation. He served as Senior Vice President of Unicom Corp. and Commonwealth Edison Company (“ComEd”) since October 1997. He served as Vice President of Unicom and ComEd from September 1997 to October 1997. He has served as Lead Independent Director of RCM Technologies Inc. since 2010. He has also served as the Mayor of St. Augustine, Florida.

Mr. Snodgrass served as a Member of Corporate Board of Boys And Girls Clubs of Chicago. He served on the Adjunct Faculty of Keller Graduate School of Management, a Member of Keller’s National Advisory Board, a Member of the Illinois Human Resource Investment Council/Illinois Workforce Investment Board, and on the Boards of Directors of the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL), and the Victory Gardens Theater. He served as a Director of Commonwealth Edison Co. He served as President of the Board of Directors of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago.

Gary is a Frequent Speaker and Published Author on human resources management issues. He is the Author of the critically acclaimed book, “When Your Career Means Business,” an imaginative and practical guide to career growth for professionals at all stages of its careers. He is the recipient of the 2004 Human Resources Leadership Award, presented by Hunt-Scanlon Corporation. Hunt-Scanlon Corporation is a leading consultant to the executive recruiting and human capital industries. He is also the recipient of the 2004 Colleague of Distinction Award, which was presented by the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC).

Mr. Snodgrass holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management (Chicago). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University.
