Confidential Transition

Confidential Transition

Some of our clients still have fulltime roles and aren’t comfortable leaving one job to take another. If you are in a similar position, you can still engage in our services on a completely confidential basis.

Rather than just pushing your resume out to hundreds of search firms or private equity firms, we are very thoughtful about making private introductions to contacts within our network. These contacts will help you network productively and discreetly.

As part of our approach, Shields Meneley Partners will complete the upfront work within six to eight weeks to prepare your launch. Then, with quiet introductions, we can help you enter the marketplace and gain greater confidence in speaking with others about your interest in finding a new role.

You may still be in your current role but have decided to exit. Before you take any action, be sure to call us first. We can help you negotiate your departure in the best possible way so that you have the support of your organization.

What Our Clients Say:

“It didn’t occur to me that I could have more than one role after I left my organization. Hugh helped me see my options, research and structure a roadmap, and introduced me to his high level contacts. I am now on two public boards and one non-profit.”
