Since 1986, his firm has specialized in strategic executive placement focused on diversity candidates including women, African-Americans, Hispanics, and other diverse talent at senior levels. The firm was retained by both global public companies and large, privately held organizations.

Cianciola worked across industries and functions including consumer packaged goods, telecom, financial institutions, general manufacturing, oil & gas, and technology. His client roster included Dell Inc., Amgen, Inc., PepsiCo, Citigroup, Humana, Tate & Lyle, Northrup Grumman Corporation, Tempur-Pedic International, Tyco International Inc., ICI Group, Viacom, NestleUSA and Nabisco International, Lexis Nexis, Vistaar Inc., Morgan Stanley, SumTotal Systems, Inc., Cushman & Wakefield, Westfield, LLC, Ginkgo Bioworks, Taser (now Axon) and Amira Pharmaceuticals.

He began his professional career as an Auditor with the international public accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand. His interpersonal skills and ability to spot talent quickly led him into management recruiting and he was soon leading the Midwest recruiting practice for the firm across Audit, Tax, MIS, and Consulting. He then joined the management consulting firm, Staub Warmbold & Associates and led their Stamford, Connecticut office.

Mr. Cianciola served in the United States Coast Guard and serves on the Military Advisory Board for Hearts 4 Heroes, a non-profit organization that provides animal assisted therapy programs to our nation's military veterans dealing with the after effects of military service.
